How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

You can collect your hire on the day you select, within our operating hours.

You must return the garment before the time and day allocated on your order confirmation email. If you are coming outside of our operating hours, please leave the item INSIDE the drop box located outside our store. Simply pull down the handle and place the garment inside the box.

Interstate & WA postal delivery

Please select the receive day as the day you would like the item to arrive at your address. Order your item within 2-3 days of your event for it to arrive on time.

If you chose delivery an express satchel will be included, making returning the item super easy! It's pre-paid, you just simply need to lodge it at the post office and send us the lodgement receipt for proof of postage!

Message us if you need overnight postage, and we will send you a quote.

Interstate & WA postal returns

You can return any time/day BEFORE your selected day, not after, or the late fee will be owed.

If you are unable to reach our store by the designated return time and day, you can express post it back to us, at your own expense (if you have not paid for a return label). Please address to 13/7 Station Street Cottesloe 6011 Perth WA. We must receive an email to ccdresshire@hotmail.com by the due day and time with the tracking number. Failure to send on time, express and without tracking number may result in additional late fees.

*please note that the hire must be lodged at a post office by the due date/time (not arrive back to our store by the specified date!)

Try ons are available in store. If you are coming in to try a specific dress, please contact us on the day so we can check its in store.

Postal try ons are available for interstate customers. Please fill out the try on form here.

Please refer to the brand's size guide and specifications on their website.

When your dress is returned we handle all the dry cleaning. Fees apply for damages and excessive stains.

Once the Price has been
paid in full, refunds/exchanges/store credits cannot be initiated for change of mind nor change of circumstances.

It is the responsibility
of the Client to try on the Garment before booking or to know their size requirements as refunds cannot be initiated as a result of sizing issues.
