APPOINTMENT TYPES
Express Fitting Room (Free Appointment)
For customers needing a quick, unassisted size check on 1-2 pre-selected pieces, or to re-try a garment or two from a previous appointment.
Our Express Fitting Room appointments are designed as a self-service appointment, without styling assistance. Please note, these appointments are:
• Strictly limited to 1-2 pre-selected pieces.
• A maximum of 15 minutes.
*If you are late to your appointment, your booking end time remains the same.
Standard Fitting Room ($10 – Redeemable toward Garment Hire)
Includes:
• Pre-select up to 3 garments - Ready for you to try on arrival (optional)

• Full showroom access for browsing (excludes unavailable garments)
• On-hand support from our Studio Assistants - General garment assistance, calendar availability, pulling alternate sizing or colourways, and other soft styling assistance.
*Appointment fees are redeemable toward any bookings made within 24 hours of your appointment end time.
Extended Fitting Room ($15 – Redeemable toward Garment Hire)
Includes:
• Pre-select up to 3 garments - Ready for you to try on arrival (optional)

• Extended showroom access for browsing (excludes unavailable garments)
• On-hand support from our Studio Assistants - General garment assistance, calendar availability, pulling alternate sizing or colourways, and other soft styling assistance.
