    Designer dress cleaning is included with every hire!


    Please don’t attempt to iron, dry clean or wash your garment
    all pieces are professionally cleaned and treated with specialist care
    between hires.

    Arriving with your piece/s are care instructions for your garment.
    Some luxury materials are prone to small creases, we get it!
    Follow the instructions on your garment care card to avoid an oopsie.

  • Accidents happen!

    If a spill occurs, please don't panic or treat it at home - this can sometimes set the stain before our specialists have a chance to work their magic.
    We kindly ask you send us a quick note to let us know, so our experts know to prioritise the garment the moment it returns.

    Please ensure you've lodged your return no later than 1PM (AEST) on the allocated return date.

    For returns falling on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please return by 3PM the next business day.
